Will Oil Prices Be Low For A Long Time ?

Most analysts forecast a recover in oil prices in 2015, but we are starting to have some doubts about that

Just to make it clear: oil prices may start to go up at any given moment in case the OPEC finally decides (and, eventually, it will) to cut its production.
